Moventariox B.V. takes the protection of your personal data seriously. In this Privacy Policy we explain which data we collect, for what purpose and in what way we process it. We follow the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Dutch GDPR Implementation Act.

1. Which data we process

When you sign up for our newsletter we process your name and email address. When you visit our website we process technical data such as your IP address, browser type and visit timestamps.

2. Purpose of the processing

We use your data exclusively to send you our weekly Eco newsletter, to improve our articles and reports and to comply with legal obligations.

3. Retention periods

We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purposes stated above. Newsletter sign-ups are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.

4. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or transfer your data. You may also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
